Automation Authorization

Scope

By enabling Auto-Apply mode and checking the consent box, you authorize Zaplane to perform optimization actions on your connected platforms within the limits you configure inSettings → Automations and your Automation Rules.

Permitted Actions

• Budget adjustments (+/− up to your configured daily % limit; default max ±30%).
• Pause/Unpause low-performing campaigns/ad sets/ad groups per your thresholds.
• Bid adjustments within your configured range (default max ±20%).
• No asset creation or deletion unless explicitly enabled by you.

Safety Rails

• Kill switch: disable automations instantly in Settings.
• Quiet hours: no actions during your specified hours.
• Spend caps: daily/weekly caps prevent over-spend adjustments.
• Audit log: every proposed/applied action is recorded and visible in the app.
• Dry-run preview: actions can be simulated and held for approval if desired.

Modes

• Approval Required — AI proposes, you approve.
• Auto-Apply — AI applies changes automatically within your rules. You remain responsible for monitoring results and maintaining platform access.

Revocation

You may revoke authorization at any time by switching back to Approval Required or toggling the kill switch. Revocation may take a few minutes to propagate to all jobs.

Allocations & Responsibility

You are responsible for ad platform charges and compliance with platform policies. Zaplane is not liable for platform outages, API changes, or third-party decisions. See the Terms of Service for the liability cap and other conditions.
